This Privacy Policy sets out the principles for the processing of personal data by OMEGA TRADE Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, KRS: 0001059223, NIP: 8241819987, REGON: 526436285, with its registered office at 7A Łąkowa Street, office C2-010, 90-562 Łódź, Poland (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller", "Company", "we").

This Policy has been prepared in accordance with:

  • GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679)
  • Personal Data Protection Act
  • Telecommunications Act
  • Guidelines of the European Data Protection Board (EDPB)

Basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – legitimate interest of the Controller (handling customer inquiries).

3.3. Direct Marketing (optional)

Only with consent. Basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – user consent.

3.4. Statistics, analytics, improving website performance

Basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – legitimate interest (maintenance and development of the website).

3.5. Fulfillment of legal obligations

4. Do we share personal data?
